Strength & Endurance


Fitness is one of the clearest reflections of how I approach everything else: structured, consistent, and long-term.

I came to this late. Avoided sport for most of my life, started serious strength training last year, shifted to hybrid training this year — combining lifting with running and aerobic development.

Right now I'm training for the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, a 3.5-mile race. Target: 35 minutes. Six days a week — speed intervals, easy runs, lower body strength, longer runs.

The longer goal isn't a race time or a physique. It's building a body that performs across everything — strength, endurance, longevity.
